Ron Creager

Health Systems Team Director - Central Region

Ron has been with MTMC since 2014, beginning as the Territory Manager in the Acute market for Michigan, Northern Ohio, and Northern Indiana. He joined the Health Systems Team in 2022 as the Central Region Director. His accomplishments with MTMC include the 2018 Mt. Evans Award, the inaugural 2019 Pathfinder Award, and several top performer awards from manufacturers in the acute space. He enjoys the new challenges presented in his role with the Health Systems Team, especially as they relate to our territory managers and supplier partners continued success and growth in our largest health systems. Ron lives in East Lansing, Michigan and enjoys Big10 sports, working out, snow skiing, boating, canoeing and engaging in any new adventure with his family and friends.

Erin Greenhalgh

Director of Education

After graduating from Flagler College with a BA in Psychology, Erin began her career in healthcare as part of a multidisciplinary team working with TBI patients in a community reentry supported living program. Prior to joining MTMC in 2013, she raised a family and worked for a Fractional Jet company. In her current role with MTMC, she enjoys using her skills to support the success of the Reps and our Supplier Partners. From on-boarding, to product training, to planning and orchestrating our National Sales Meetings, Erin is able to effectively coordinate and manage the on-going educational commitment that is a priority of MTMC. Erin lives on Cape Cod, MA with her husband where they are enjoying empty nesting now that their 3 children are all adulting. In her free time she enjoys traveling to spend time with them, as well as other family and friends. Her happy place is at the beach, either walking with a friend, sitting with her toes in the sand & a great book, or driving off road to enjoy the day and catch a spectacular Sandy Neck sunset.

Hannah Ruffato

Clinical Corporate Account Director

Hannah Ruffatto began her career in medical sales in 2018. With MTMC, she started as a Primary/Ambulatory Care Territory Manager in the Missouri/Kansas Territory based out of St. Louis. Hannah studied Healthcare Administration and Human Resource Management at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Throughout her career at MTMC, she was the proud recipient of top performance awards, including ASC Rep of the Year and Rookie of the Year. Starting in 2022, Hannah began serving as the National Clinical Specialist on the Health Systems Team. In her new role, Hannah enjoys working alongside the team helping to increase customer engagement and relationships. In her free time, Hannah enjoys spending time with friends and family, being with her dog, Lola, traveling, and cheering for the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues.

Shannon Igo

Senior Sales Director East

Shannon started her career with MTMC right out of college and has over 10 years experience selling into major healthcare systems. She was a part of the Acute Care team but also worked in some speciality markets including Wound Care, Podiatry and DME. Shannon joined the AVP team in January of 2022. She attended James Madison University in Harrisonburg VA, where she earned a BA in Justice Studies. She resides in Newburyport, MA with her husband and two daughters. Shannon enjoys running, biking and skiing with her family in her free time. She also acts as the liaison between MTMC and Professional Women in Helathcare (PWH). MTMC has been a partner with PWH for the past 3 years and counting.

Robin Lane

Director of Clinical Support

Robin Lane is an accomplished healthcare leader and board-certified value analysis healthcare professional and with a distinguished career. A Cross-Functional Supply Chain Executive with over 30 years of healthcare leadership experience ranging from clinical value analysis, supply chain, to perioperative management. Demonstrated passion for advancing evidence-based practice, reducing preventable healthcare costs, and improving the patient experience through strategic clinical supply chain management programs. Strong people management skills with passion for team development and strategic planning across the healthcare continuum of care. Incorporates the use of the latest healthcare technology. Drives the implementation of the Institute of Healthcare Improvement Quadruple Aim across complex healthcare delivery networks. Robin is currently the Director of Clinical Operations and Value Analysis for MTMC where she manages a team of nursing educators, providing evidence-based education to clinicians across the country and training their sales team on value analysis and strategizing to accelerate their sales opportunities. She is also active in AHVAP, serves on the annual conference committee and the membership committee, and in September 2023, she was awarded the status of Fellow by the AHVAP organization.

Doug Harper

Senior Advisor

Doug has been in the medical industry for over thirty years. He founded MedCo Systems, a New England-based physician supply distributor at age 27 and later sold it to Physician Sales & Service (PSS.) He has enjoyed senior executive roles with PSS (VP of Sales & Marketing and President,) Brewer Medical (President,) and Invacare Corporation (Group VP of North America.) Today he sits on the board of directors of six medical industry companies and as an advisor to healthcare private equity and investment banking.

Luke Murphy

Senior Director Health Systems Team

Luke has been with MTMC since 2003, and brings over 21 years of experience in the medical field. He started as a territory manager in the Greater Boston market in 2003, holding several different positions while in the field. He joined the Health Systems Team in 2016. Luke has been the recipient of many top performance awards from manufacturers in multiple markets. He enjoys working with some of the largest healthcare systems in the country, driving our supplier partners’ value propositions, resulting in standardization. Luke currently lives in coastal New England and away from work, enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with his wife and 3 children.

Kayla Witsoe

Senior Sales Director West

Kayla started her career in the medical industry in 2012 as a sales representative for MTMC in the Northern California territory. During this time she worked in the Ambulatory, Acute, and Surgery Center divisions where she was the proud recipient of many top performance awards. She joined the leadership team in 2019 as the Health Systems Director to help support the MTMC territory managers with our top strategic partners. For Kayla, the highlight of this role is working strategically with the territory managers to manage, present and build relationships with some of the largest healthcare systems in the country. Kayla lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, Beau and two sons, River and Baylor. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out, boating, and traveling.

John Pisinski

Health Systems Team Director - Northeast Region

John brings over 17 years of experience in the medical field, all of them with MTMC. He started as an ambulatory rep in southern Connecticut and New Jersey. After a stint as a non invasive cardiology specialist for GE, under the MTMC umbrella, he later joined the acute team. His experience in these markets earned him top performance awards, including MTMC’s Mount McKinley Award. He joined the Health Systems team in January of 2020 as the North East Health Systems Director to help support the MTMC territory managers with our top strategic partners. John lives in CT with his wife, Dana and daughters Charlotte and Grace. He enjoys golf, coaching his daughters and celebrating New England professional sports team’s championships.

Mike Termena

Health Systems Team Director

Meet Mike, a dedicated professional with over 8 years of experience in the field of medical sales. Mike joined MTMC in August 2019, starting as an Acute Territory Manager in Southern California. Over time, he took on additional responsibilities, including the role of Health-o-Meter Acute Product Specialist, and later transitioned to the Health Systems Team in 2023.

Mike finds genuine fulfillment in the connections he builds along his sales journey. His favorite part of the job is getting to know and collaborating with the incredible people he encounters.

Currently residing in San Diego, CA, Mike enjoys simple pleasures like staying active with workouts, exploring nature through hiking, practicing yoga, and nurturing his love for learning and travel.

Diane Feinauer

Health Systems Team Director

Diane Feinauer joined MTMC with a strong background in promotional marketing working with Fortune 500 companies. She spent most of her career making new products become household brands. After working in the marketing industry for 10 years she changed focus to the non-profit sector with a specific interest in public policy dilemmas in both education and healthcare. Diane helped build innovative solutions working in local schools, hospitals and with government officials concentrating on partnership building.

Diane co-founded and sat on the Executive Board of Tender Heart Beats, a non-profit organization which placed AED’s in Utah schools. She is active in the CHD (Congenital Heart Defect) community, and volunteers at Primary Children’s Medical Center, the American Heart Association and the MOD Squad (mothers for organ donation) through Intermountain Donor Services. With years of focus and dedication in healthcare, a move to MTMC was a natural fit. Diane joined MTMC in 2016 as an Acute Territory Manager for the Rocky Mountains. She was the recipient of numerous awards both internally and from MTMC vendor suppliers. She now joins the MTMC Health Systems team as the Director for the Mountain West. Diane attended the University of Utah where she earned her undergraduate degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences. Diane and her husband Jonathan have three children, Isabella 19 attending Baylor University, Jackson and Jacob age 17. She enjoys traveling with her family, spending time with friends, golfing and is a music enthusiast.

Jon Manke

National Director - Post Acute Care

Jon Manke recently joined MTMC as a Health Systems Manager. Jon has extensive experience with Business Development & Sales in National Account roles with several companies in his career – Invacare Corporation, Newell Rubbermaid, TTi Floorcare & start- up companies Findaway & Kent Displays. Jon’s experience enables him to capitalize on opportunities to increase market share, revenue, and profitability. Jon and his wife Polly live in Chagrin Falls, Ohio and have three adult children: Jordan (27), Dieter (25), and Ernest (21). In his spare time, Jon enjoys golf, fishing, travel, bird watching, yoga, cycling, and reading.

Dana Glenn

Senior Director Health Systems Team

Dana has over 27 years of medical sales experience in the midwestern region. Since 2012, she has covered MTMC’s acute and ASC markets as a field representative as well as been the Regional Sales Director for the Central Region. She has been the proud recipient of many top performance awards throughout her career, including Rookie of the Year with MTMC. Working at MTMC has been the best experience in her career, and she is thrilled to work with Emerging Care Markets.

Brian Davis

Director of Strategic Selling Skills

Brian has been involved in sales and sales management for over 35 years. In 2016, he left Welch Allyn after 19 years to join MTMC where he worked to develop the now successful Strategic Account Program. His focus now is directed at supporting MTMC selling skills excellence as the Strategic Selling Skills Director. Brian enjoys time on the golf course as well as his motorcycles. His wife, adult children and too many dogs keep him busy in his spare time.

Mark Richter

Field Support Specialist West

Mark’s sales career is deeply rooted in MTMC. Starting as a greenhorn in 1997, Mark earned top rep status 5 years later in addition to many manufacturer and internal awards. The territory Mark covered is now represented by 4 reps, an accomplishment made possible by his many years of hard work in the field. This did not go unnoticed and Mark now serves as a leader, mentoring others to accomplish the same success. Mark earned degrees in Education, PE, Special Education and Health at University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, respectively. In addition, he was a four-year letter winner in men’s hockey at Eau Claire. Mark lives in the Denver area with his wife Julie and they have one daughter in college and another recent college graduate. During his time away from work, Mark enjoys hunting and fishing.

Gerard Nagle

Director of Sales Operations

Gerard “G” Nagle brings 20 years of sales and sales support experience to MTMC. Organizational problem solving and process improvement have always been paramount to G. He is responsible for operational efficiency throughout the organization, leading a team responsible for CRM, commissions, and analytics. G lives just outside Denver in Evergreen, CO. He enjoys camping, hiking, and skiing with his wife, daughter and son. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and an MBA from Regis University in Denver.

Peter Green

Team Lead Director

Peter’s medical sales experience began in 2007 when he joined the Medcare team in the Northeast. He has won many industry and company accolades over the years with MTMC and has been featured in Repertoire Magazine. Peter was responsible for building one the largest franchises in company history from the ground up and has been heavily involved with all the expanded markets MTMC has ventured into over the past years. Peter earned his BS from Siena College and played two Division 1 sports (Football and Lacrosse) of which he was also a team captain. He currently resides in Dobbs Ferry, NY with his wife, two daughters, son and dog Jerry. Peter enjoys golf and the beach in the summer and skiing with the family in the winter months.

Seth Weed

Government Sales Market Segment Leader

Seth has been MTMC’s Southern California and Hawaii’s Acute Territory Manager since 2012. During this period of time, Seth has earned multiple awards both internally as MTMC Rep of the Year and externally with multiple supply partner honors. Concurrently during this time, Seth worked with supply partner’s primary liaisons to US government agencies to include the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense Health and Logistics Agencies. This is where Seth learned the procurement intricacies of the aforementioned government entities, and maximizing VA and DHA contracts, agreements, and BPAs with both prime vendors and SDVOSB/VOSBs. Seth joins the leadership team to deploy best courses of action pertaining to government accounts based on knowledge of a continual evolving market segment. Seth earned his college degree in business administration and organizational leadership from Concordia University in Irvine, Ca. He resides in San Clemente, California with his wife, daughter and son.

Melisa Shoemake

Acute Care Market Segment Leader

Melisa started her career in medical sales in 1995 in the ambulatory space covering the greater Houston area as well as all of Southeast Texas. In 2006 she began her path in the acute care space and then joined MTMC as one of the original MTMC Acute Care Division Reps in 2012. Since then she has played a vital role in the success of the Acute Care Division of MTMC winning numerous awards from vendors as well as Rep of the Year in 2018. While continuing to manage and grow her territory she was recently promoted to Acute Care Team Lead where she enjoys daily interaction and sharing best practices with her peers. Melisa spends her personal time being a Wife and a Mom of two. She loves to exercise and travel but most of all cherishes fun times with family and friends.

Kevin Barefoot

Primary Care Market Segment Leader

Kevin has extensive sales experience at the health care system level and with distribution. He brings over 12 years in medical device sales, 10 of those years with MTMC. During this time frame, Kevin has not only been a recipient as Medcare rep of the year, he has won numerous awards across the board with many of our manufacture partners that cover, ambulatory, acute, Point of Care and Lab markets. Kevin joins the leadership team to help grow the POC/Lab market working side by side with MTMC ambulatory and acute reps on how to incorporate best practices into their territories. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter. Kevin is also a long time professional musician playing every weekend in the Pittsburgh area.

Paul Balsamo

Director of LTC

Paul is one of the original Founders and Partner of Med Care Associates. His experience spans 35 years in Medical Sales and distribution. Currently responsible for 35 account managers that are tasked with growing the $25M portfolio in the Post Acute, medical equipment, interior design markets. Responsibilities include, market penetration, Pipeline management and revenue growth. Collaborating with our three regional VP as well as maintaining and developing healthcare vendor relationships. Paul earned his BS at Springfield College, he currently lives in Cranston Rhode Island with his wife where he enjoys fishing, boating and traveling.

George Koutures

Ambulatory Market Segment Leader

George joined MTMC as a sales representative in Southern California in 1997. During his tenure George has earned multiple manufacturer and internal awards while co-managing the largest producing territory for MTMC. His focus on customer relationships and the value of manufacturer partnerships have been keys to his success. George attended the University of California at Berkeley where he earned a degree in political science/economics. George resides in Redondo Beach with his wife and three children. He spends his free time coaching baseball, softball and soccer and playing golf.

Mike McCabe

VP National Sales

Mike began his career with Med Tech Associates in 1991, and has acted as a territory representative for MTMC in Southern California since 1996. During his tenure Mike was the recipient of several top manufacturer performance sales awards and was awarded the Med Tech Associates Sales Representative of the Year award on multiple occasions. Mike was responsible for co-managing the company’s top producing sales territory throughout his career. In 2003, Mike became a part of the ownership team of Med Tech Associates. His focus on customer relationships and the value of manufacturer partnerships have been keys to his success. Mike attended Arizona State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business. Mike is a Southern California native and currently resides in Coto De Caza, CA with his wife Kelly and three daughters. Mike enjoys spending his free time with his family, golfing, fishing and college football officiating in the PAC 12 conference.

Terry Kelly

Field Support Specialist East

Terry has extensive medical sales and distribution experience at the field level and in management. His experience spans a greater than 20 year time period that began as a Sales Rep in North and South Carolina. During his field sales role, Terry was the recipient of many sales-related awards and learned what it took to be a successful sales rep. He now applies those experiences to his role as Sales Manager. Terry earned a BS at Roger Williams University and was a 4 year starter for Men’s Lacrosse. He lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife and son. To relax, Terry enjoys the beach with his family and is well-known for his cooking skills.

Dan Moran

VP Supplier Relations

Dan has extensive medical sales experience in both distribution and major healthcare systems. His experience spans over 21 years and began as a sales rep in Connecticut for MTMC in 2001. During his first 12 years as a field sales rep, Dan was the recipient of several top performance sales related awards. Dan was responsible for managing one of the company’s top producing sales territories for the majority of his career and is now an Area Vice President. Dan earned his BS at Providence College and played Lacrosse for the Friars. He resides in West Hartford, CT with his wife, three sons and two daughters. Dan enjoys coaching his kids’ sports, golfing, exercise and spending time with his family.

Jack Moran

CCO

Jack’s success in the medical sales industry began in 1993 as a hard-working territory manager in the New England states. His commitment to success and overall growth led to his leadership role in 2005. Jack is known as a leader in the industry and is often queried for overall input from vendors, distributors and other outsourced sales resources. Jack earned a BA degree from John Carroll University where he played DIII baseball. He lives on the Cape in Massachusetts with his wife and four daughters. During his time away from work, Jack enjoys his family, running and golf.

Dennis Snedden

COO

Dennis has extensive medical sales and distribution experience in both field sales and management. His experience spans an almost 30 year time period that began as a sales rep in the Pacific Northwest where he accrued many-sales related awards and grew to understand what it takes to be a successful, customer-focused company that values strong partnerships. Since 2005, Dennis’ commitment to leadership continues to bring innovative solutions to a complex, ever-changing health care industry. Dennis earned a BS at the University of Wisconsin and was a four-year letter winner on the D-1 men’s hockey team, earning a prestigious national Championship in 1990. Dennis lives in Madison, WI with his wife Traci of 30 years. They have 3 grown children. He enjoys spending time on their pontoon boat, hunting, fishing, and golfing with family and friends.
